Winemaking:
The vinification method used for white wines is the must's fermentation at a controlled temperature, after the grapes are pressed without the other parts of the brunch. It's the bica aberta method.

 

Grape Varieties:
Vinhão, Borraçal (Caíño tinto), Espadeiro.

 

Tasting Notes:
Pink colour, with aromas of red fruit, soft and harmonious, with a slight presence of carbon dioxide, young, light and versatile, ideal for the celebration of emotions, passions.

 

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8ºC to 10ºC.

 

Food Pairing:
Accompanies preferably grilled fish and seafood.
