La Fée Parisienne absinthe is made according to a 19th century recipe using 9 different herbs, including grand wormwood, fennel, lemon balm, anise, mint and coriander. Each cuvée is controlled by M.-C. Delahaye, the founder of the absinthe museum (Auvers-sur-Oise), guaranteeing the true authentic taste of this legendary spirit.
