Straw yellow coloured wine with green reflections. This Verdejo has fresh aromas, citrus fruit, and balsamic aromas that are very characteristic of this variety. On the palate it is tasty and very persistent.
 
Pairing : fish, fresh shellfish and pasta.
Serving temperature : 6 – 8ºC.
