It takes great care and skill to bring out the best in the Zinfandel grape. The grapes for Think Big are exclusively selected for this wine. They are harvested at optimal maturity and traditionally vinified.
 
Think Big is a nice exponent of what California Zinfandel stands for. Intense and deep red in the glass with elegant violet reflections. The wine has aged on American and French oak, which gives an inviting bouquet of blackberries, dark cherries, chocolate, vanilla, oak, an intense sweetness and a fine spicy touch of white pepper. Think Big is a full-bodied and harmonious wine with a nice, persistent aftertaste characterised by soft tannins. Serve Think Big with pizzas, light meat or duck or with mild cheeses. Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C. Decant for fuller expression of the wine.
