Red Wines

Masca del Tacco Susumaniello Puglia IGP

From 100% Susumaniello grapes, it is dark ruby red with purple shades. On the nose this Italian wine gives red and black fruits, a gentle zesty sensation, red flowers and hints of spices. Smooth and full bodied on the mouth, ripe tannins, fresh and satisfying. So good with grilled red meat!

Poggio Le Volpi Rosso IGP Lazio Baccarosso

From Nero Buono grape, this Italian wine is deep and bright ruby red. Very intense on the nose of black ripe fruit, cherries in alcohol, mediterranean wood, cocoa powder, cloves, iron, graphite, framed in a balsamic sensation. Very smooth and elegant in the mouth, with ripe tannins, well-balanced, great in the aromatic progression, mouthfilling and very long in persistence. Pair with roasted lamb and medium aged cheeses.

Noelia Ricci Sangiovese superiore

Sangiovese is the grape of the Chianti region in Italy; this comes from just outside Tuscany. Its savoury nose displays black tea and dried herbs, over red plum fruit, while the taste is juicy and firm. There is a satisfying almost-salty complexity and a taut backbone, with medium body. We'd sip it slighlty fresh on its own.

Colle Duga Merlot

This Italian Merlot is a red wine with fine scents of small red fruits with spicy and floral accents. The aging of 12 months in barrique adds toasted and noble wood sensations. On the palate shows a good intensity and structure, driven by an energetic freshness and an intense tannin. Notes of cherry, violet, black pepper and sensations of underbrush. Pair it with ham and salami, pasta bolognese, red meat stew, roasted and grilled meat and mushroom risotto.

Quercia Italia Brunello di Montalcino DOCG

The 2015 vintage of Brunello di Montalcino expresses a great potential and longevity in the glass. The intense ruby red colour of this wine visually accentuates its potential; its scent gifts us with a complexity of aromas associated with plum and ripe cherry, perfectly combined with licorice and tobacco. The mouthfeel is rich and balanced. Intense and persistent final taste. Particularly recommended with rich and flavourful dishes. Perfect as meditation wine. Royal pick indeed!

White Wines

SILVERBOOM Special Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

This South African Special Reserve Sauvignon Blanc has an inviting, clear, golden colour. The wine is crisp and fruity with notes of gooseberries, green apples and citrus. The wine is particularly harmonious with a slight mineral undertone. The aftertaste is pleasant and glides elegantly on the palate. Enjoy this wine with Thai food, dishes with light meat or vegetables or with cheeses. Also try serving the wine with a dessert!

Pitars Ribolla Gialla Braida Santa Cecilia

The Ribolla Gialla is a native, very underrated grape of Friuli, Italy, pale yellow, with fragrant floral and fruity aromas recalling peach blossom and green apple. It has a characteristic dry and cool flavour, elegantly lemon fruited and persistent, with a slightly aromatic final. Excellent as an aperitif, best with oysters, clams and delicate fish.

ADEGA PONTE DA BARCA Reserva dos Sócios Alvarinho

Citrus yellow coloured Portuguese wine. Gracious aroma that combines the tropical fruit notes with some spicy and exotic nuances, giving it extraordinary elegance and power. Wooden palate very present, but without marking the fruit, giving a lot of complexity to the wine. Pair it with oven dishes, pasta and intense foods, especially fish. Also good with soft and intense cheeses.

Noelia Ricci Bro' Romagna DOC Trebbiano

This is an Italian white wine from sustainable cultivation that is hard to beat for freshness, elegance and pleasure. The grapes come from the clay and limestone soils near Fiumana di Predappio. Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, some citrus mixed with herbal elements. On the palate it is complex, juicy and with its freshness and lightness very nice summertime. Excellent with antipasti, salads, grilled/fried fish, poached fish, vegetable meals, caviar, seafood/shellfish, asparagus.

STURM Friulano

Strong, persistent, refined, demure and luxurious Italian wine. The colour of this wine is brilliant straw-yellow. The aroma is typical and very pleasant, with hints of acacia flowers, pears, thyme, and almond. The wine is excellent on its own. Classic as an aperitif. It pairs very well with San Daniele prosciutto, and Italian salami. It also pleasantly complements fish-based dishes, and fresh and mature cheeses.
