Birra Moretti Cold Filtered is a bottom-fermented beer, clear and intensely refreshing. Thanks to the cold filtration process, the beer is brought to -1° before passing through the filter in order to best enhance the purity, the elegance of the taste and the crystalline appearance.
At sight it is clear with a bright straw yellow colour, with white and compact foam. It has a great aroma and freshness on the nose, which strikes you even before you taste it. It is floral and citrusy. The taste is very pleasant and easy to drink, while maintaining structure and body given by a process specifically created to obtain a rich taste and aroma.
