Charcoal mellowed the Tennessee way. Aged in handcrafted newly charred oak barrels, then finished in the finest Oloroso Sherry casks. It is rich and complex, characterised as dark chocolate covered nuts and berries with a subtle sweet Oloroso sherry finish.
