Pale yellow colour. Fine, elegant, noble and slender body. It has fresh scents of Golden apple, pineapple and white almond, with vibrant citrus accents. Soft and creamy, it is pleasantly balanced with freshness and flavour.
 
Aperitif wine and, depending on the place and vinification, it can be well suited for lean appetizers, soups, pasta and rice, eggs and seafood.
