Matured for one extra year in first fill sherry butts which have been seasoned with oloroso sherry from the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain.

Palate
Sweet, fruity and creamy. Some classic pot still prickliness at the start and some touches of sappy oak, tart citrus, dried fruits and chocolate tofffees.
