This Limited Edition 15-Year-Old Bottling is made using a mash of 95% corn and 5% malted barley and was matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further twelve months in ex-Sauvignon Blanc Casks. Proudly bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration ensuring all the true character of the whiskey is retained.
