Pale-coloured, with peach and lemon flavours, and hints of pineapple coming through. This Chardonnay is medium-bodied, with an extra layer of texture and flavour (slight toasted sourdough notes) created by using wild yeast during fermentation.

 

Food pairing: lentil, sweet potation and chickpea stew is recommended by the producer. It would also be good with chicken or fish dishes.
